What's included

- Candles and lighting, which is most of what makes night photographs work
- Signage, including neon where the setup calls for it
- Table and seating styling
What costs extra
Add-ons are priced individually so you only pay for what you want. Any add-on is paid in full at the time of booking.
- Photography and video
- Live music, usually a guitarist
- Cake, desserts, food and drinks
- The venue itself, if we book it on your behalf. That is paid in full at booking.
What moves the price
Scale is the main one. A setup for two costs less than one built for a group around a long table.
Flower density matters more than most people expect. A full flower arch is a different number from a candle aisle with accent flowers.
Timing has an effect too. Fifteen days of notice gives more options at every price point than two days does.
One thing that is not included: dismantling and post-event cleanup. Additional charges apply if you want that, and it needs arranging in advance.
