Every great story begins with an idea. Cupid Vow began with one about how people celebrate love in Chandigarh.

Taran Kukkar kept seeing the same thing on Pinterest: candlelit cabanas by the beach, intimate garden dinners under fairy lights, elegant terrace setups, luxury date nights that looked like scenes from a film. They were not decorations. They were experiences that made people slow down and pay attention to each other.

At the time, almost none of it existed here. Couples who wanted that kind of evening settled for a restaurant booking, because the intimate, considered celebration they had in mind was not something anyone in the city was making. That gap became the reason Cupid Vow exists, and it was founded in February 2024 to close it.

The first was a collaboration with Swadisht Delight by Kashika Garg, one of Chandigarh's best-known food creators: a luxury date setup with floor seating, warm light and an ambience the city had not really seen before. The response was immediate, and it introduced a lot of people to a different way of marking an occasion.

A styled Galentine's celebration followed, with Foodie Bliss 09, Twinkle Nagra and other Chandigarh creators. Then came one of the first hourly Valentine's date experiences in the city, where couples could reserve a private setup inside a cafe by the hour. It worked, and it kept working.

What began as a single idea now covers proposals, date nights, anniversaries, birthdays, bridal showers and bespoke celebrations across Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and the cities around them.

The vision has not moved since the beginning: turn ordinary spaces into extraordinary ones, so that a client does not simply mark a moment but keeps it. Every love story deserves an experience as beautiful as the journey behind it. Where love meets comfort.
